Site work and paving for a road / highway in Woodstock, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work consists of the following: 511,365 feet of Crack Routing; 511,365 feet of Crack Sealing and necessary and related work. All proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by McHenry County DOT which may be obtained at the Office of the County Engineer or electronically. The County reserves the right to reject any, or all proposals and to waive technicalities. Prequalification of bidders in accordance with the provisions of check sheet #LRS6 of the State of Illinois Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions is required. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by McHenry County or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work as indicated in the Special Provisions of the Specifications. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the bid, or as provided in check sheet #LRS6 of the Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions.
