In general, the work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for a Job Order Contract (JOC), for general construction work as described in the bid documents to be used by campuses within the CSU. 1)for work on campuses in the Northern California region 2)for work on campuses in the Southern California region Failure to submit a bid for one region of work will not disqualify the bidder from doing work in the other region The Trustees require the successful bidder to achieve three percent (3%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation in contracting construction projects as established in the bidding documents, and this must occur prior to the bid opening. This contract is comprised of public works projects which are subject to prevailing wage rate laws (see Contract General Conditions, Article 04.02).
