Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to Renovate 3rd Floor Ambulatory Care for Specialty Care Clinic at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. The project magnitude for the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $45 million. The Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the bid. All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA) Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
