Site work and paving for a civil project in Medicine Bow, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Medicine Bow is accepting Bids for Construction Services for the MEDICINE BOW ROADS PHASE 2 PROJECT. The purpose of this project is to improve the drainage and dust control of the streets in Medicine Bow, Wyoming. Work will be performed on all streets east of highway 470, as well as some on the west. The Town has opted to utilize a liquid synthetic polymer emulsion treatment (i.e. Sealmaster soil stabilizer or approved equal) to stabilize the gravel roads and control dust. Maple and West Spruce will be reconstructed to 5-inches depth with 3-4 applications of the soil stabilizer (every 2 inches). All other streets will be regraded to a 3% Cross slope (avg 2-inch depth) with 2 applications of soil stabilizer. The project may also include minor improvements to storm drainage pathways or adjustments to valve boxes and manholes.
