Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The City of Langley invites tenders for the 208 Street Culvert Lining project. The work generally includes: Removals and reinstatement as needed to access the inlet and outlet of the culvert; Confirmation of existing pipe dimensions and ordering of lining material. This is expected to include pumping down water levels within the culvert and a fish salvage done by the City's Environmental Consultant. Supply and install creek isolation works downstream and upstream of the culvert; Flow bypass and lowering water levels; Remove and dispose of all dirt/debris from inside the culvert; Video within the culvert before and after the lining; Coordinate fish salvage and inspection work; Joint injection inside culvert; Reline the culvert between its inlet and outlet; and Grading of creek bottom and site restoration.
