Site work and new construction of a civil project in Farmersville, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

EPV: $5-6M The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Work of the project consists of the installation of a new influent lift station, headworks, 0.25 MGD package wastewater treatment plant, disk filter filtration, disinfection, and all associated appurtenances, and miscellaneous surface restoration for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. 3. A Complete Set of Bid Documents including Plans and Specifications may be examined without charge at the Farmersville City Hall, 205 S. Main Street, Farmersville, TX 75442 and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 801 Cherry Street, Unit #11, Ste. 1300, Fort Worth, TX 76102, 817-335-6511. A deposit of cash or a certified or cashier's check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The check shall be made payable to City of Farmersville, Texas. Said deposit shall guarantee that the Contract will be entered into by the successful Bidder if the award is made. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter Bids, and to accept the Bid that will be in the best interest of City of Farmersville.
