Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bids will only be received electronically bid through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids will not be accepted. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, large public gatherings are not permitted by law. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to Construction of Water, Sanitary, and Drainage Facilities in Sunterra Section 35 for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 569, Harris County, Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
