Renovation of a detention facility in Bloomington, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
- Decommission and remove two (2) current hot water heaters from mechanical room - Remove and dispose of all associated piping and flue runs that will not be needed for installation of replacement water heater(s) - Installation of two (2) owner supplied PVI 215 Gallon Water heaters including replacing any necessary piping, this would include flue runs if necessary. Installation of one (1) owner supplied Leonard Digital Mixing (Part # PNV-200-LF) valve with 2" inlet and outlet - All piping should include the necessary insulation to maximize the efficiency of the system - Both water heaters will be fully tested, and test results provided to the county before the project can be considered complete.
