Site work for a mixed-use development in Cheshire, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Cheshire is seeking competitive proposals for the grooming and lining of diamond fields at various parks and schools including MacNamera Legion Field, Bartlem Park, Cheshire Park, Cheshire High School, Highland School, Darcy School, Doolittle Elementary School and Dodd Middle School. Each proposer is responsible for checking the Towns website to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its proposal in accordance with the RFP as modified by the addenda. The Town of Cheshire reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests Substantial Completion: August 23, 2022 Contract Execution: May 18, 2022
