The scope of work includes: This is a substantial renovation of the locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and Snack Bar. This is a design Build project which includes all engineering and architectural design, permit drawings, permits, and inspections. There is a criteria floor plan with the work outlined to comply with the owner's expectations. This includes plumbing fixture replacement and DHW system replacement. This includes sanitary underground removal and replacement, which includes, concrete work, excavation, and backfilling. Walls are to be prepped and painted, flooring replaced, replace base cove, new ceilings. The winning bidder will be notified no later than April 18th, 2020. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond on some solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the net bid as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
