Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in White Deer Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of the Township, in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60-days, with the right to extend that time to 120-days if additional time is needed. Bidders must submit with their bid, the Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, and nondiscrimination in hiring practices. Prevailing wages established under the State Prevailing Wage Act apply. The project is subject to all applicable provisions of the respective Act and the bid shall be prepared accordingly. The applicable wage determinations are included in the contract documents. Tentative award is scheduled for April 20, 2022 with an anticipated Notice to Proceed on or before May 24, 2022.
