Renovation of a residential development in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
(Replace sheetrock, insulation, and flooring). The vendor shall verify all measurement and quantiles, provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of project, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Work area is one bedroom on second floor and garage. 2. Bedroom walls ( 300 Sqft) and flooring (approx. 120 Sqft) are. Any weak or damaged structural members are to be repairs or replaced. Any mold/mildew issues are to be addressed. All electrical devices are to remain. 3. Install new ( 120 sqft) %" tongue and grove plywood subflooring according to manufacturer's instructions. 4. Install ( 300sqft) 5/8" fireproofsheetrock on walls in bedroom. Install new trim to doors and windows where needed. Tape, prime and paint new work to industry standards. 5. Garage to have all sheetrock removed to be removed down to studs and rafters (walls 270sqft and ceiling approx. 230sqft). Any mold/mildew issues are to be addressed. Any weak or damaged structural members are to be repairs or replaced. All electrical devices are to remain. 6. Add new insulation in garage ceiling ( 230sqft) to code. 7. Install ( SOOsqft) ofnew 5/8" fireproofsheetrock in garage. Install new trim to doors and windows where needed. Tape, prime and paint new work to industry standards. 8. Re-install all outlets. Light fixtures, Switch plates, F/A devices, ect.. that were disturbed during construction. 9. All work to currant NYS codes and OPWDD regulations. 10. All debris to be removed offsite
