The New York Power Authority (Hereafter, the "Authority" or "Nypa") Invites You to Submit a Proposal to Furnish All Supervision, Labor, Materials and Equipment (Except for Services, Materials and/or Equipment to Be Furnished by Others as Specifically Referred to in the Contract Documents) and Perform All Operations Required for the 2023 - 2027 Tlem Switchyard Construction and Installation of Equipment and Materials, at the Authority's Niagara Power Project in Lewiston, NY. The work consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents), and performing all operations required for the 2023 - 2027 Nia. Switchyard TLEM construction and installation of all equipment and materials specified in the applicable technical sections of the technical specification including, but not limited to the following: Replacement of 115kV and 230kV OCB, 115kV and 230kV MOD's 115kV and 230kV MDS's 115kV and 230kV PT's 230kV CCVT 115kV and 230kV CT's 115kV PT/CT Combo 115kV and 230kV Surge Arrestors 230kV TRV's 230kV SE and NE Bus Fire Suppression/Deluge System Installation of A Frame Towers Installation of 2 Auto Transformers and Foundations Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 01/01/2023 - 12/31/2027
