The Industrial Development Authority of Brunswick County, Virginia ("IDA") is soliciting sealed bids for 14 seasonal grass cuttings April-October at the entrance along with May and September bush hogging services for +/-28 acres at the Brunswick County Industrial Park. The successful bidder will be required to provide the IDA with proof of general liability insurance coverage in the sum of at least $1,000,000.00. The successful bidder will provide hourly pricing for the use of heavy equipment an maintenance at IDA Properties on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will be expected to enter into an acceptable two-year contract, with one year extension contract to maintain the grass at Brunswick County Industrial Park and other ground maintenance requests for IDA properties. The envelope containing a bid should clearly be marked on the outside with the following words: "Bid for Grass Cutting Services". It is the responsibility of each bidder to contact the IDA to confirm receipt. Each bid must be signed by an individual identified as being authorized to bind the bidder. The Board of Directors of the IDA reserves the right to reject any and all bidssubmitted in response to this invitation.
