Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of Asphalt Planing, Base Repairs, Asphalt Resurfacing, and Pavement Markings on Murray Ridge Rd. from the Ohio Turnpike Overpass south to the Norfolk Southern Railroad Tracks. All interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening at the Elyria Township Hall, 41416 Griswold RBidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Lorain County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.oad, Elyria, Ohio. All materials and equipment must meet the specifications of ODOT, and work performed shall be under the supervision of the Lorain County Engineer and the Elyria Township Trustees. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Elyria Township Trustees reserve the right to waive all irregularities and to reject any and all bids if it is felt to be in the best interest of the township to do so.
