Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wyoming, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 05/16/2022 This project will be rebid. Lee Middle/High (Sections 4, 5, and 18 Roof Survey) 1. Power vacuum and dispose of the ballast gravel from the roof. 2. Remove, properly dispose of existing EPDM membrane. 3. Mechanically attach on layer of 1.5" polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation board with a 20# density. 4. Fully adhere a new 80-mil Thermoplastic roof system complete with flashings and accessories. 5. Tall wall details: A. Cut back EPDM and adhere the TPO wall flashing to the wall 12" up from roof deck. B. Seal the top of the TPO using extruded aluminum termination bar. Drape the EPDM over the termination bar. C. All large EPDM walls to be covered with metal siding by others. 6. Remove existing edge metal. Install new coping metal manufactured from 24-gauge steel. Color to be determined by owner's representative. 7. Furnish a manufacturer's 30-year warranty on all materials and workmanship
