West Parkview Drainage Improvements Description: CITY OF MONROE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Monroe is applying for a grant under the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Community Development Block Grant Program for the purpose of the West Drainage Improvements Project. The City of Monroe is interested in procuring the services of an administrative consulting firm to administer and implement the project. The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Disaster Recovery CDBG Program. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the request for proposals package. That package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. Separate sealed PROPOSALS for West Parkview Drainage Improvements. Deadline for Submittal of Questions: September 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause per State Public Bid Law.
