Train Station Restoration Borough of Bellefonte The Borough of Bellefonte, a municipality of 6,200 residents located in Centre County, PA at 236 W. Lamb Street, Bellefonte is seeking bids to perform restoration work on the Bellefonte Train Station, specifically exterior painting and roof replacement. The project is financed, in part, by a historic preservation grant from the Pennsylvania Historic & Museum Commission (PHMC) to perform this work (painting exterior and roof replacement) on the Train Station Building located at 320 W. High Street next to Talleyrand Park. In order to be considered, bidders must, at a minimum, complete and submit Attachments A; B; C; D of the Request for Proposal (RFP). In addition, the successful bidder will need to obtain a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract.
