Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding. Prime Bidders must REGISTER with Printscape Imaging and Graphics to receive notification of Addenda and project information updates, and for access privileges to the DFS Project Website.
