The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the Municipality at the above-mentioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. Only persons, partnerships, companies and corporations that have a business establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a market liberalization agreement applicable to municipalities, namely the Agreement on Free -Canadian Exchange (ALEC), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. The Municipality of Saint-Denis-de-Brompton does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
