Site work and new construction of a civil project in Vernon Rockvl, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of Construction of a new well treatment facility, including but not limited to: Demolishing existing well vault and treatment facility, install new well pump and pitless adapter, constructing a new treatment facility for chemical treatment, and constructing associated civil site works, piping, equipment, instrumentation, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems as specified in the contract documents and as shown in the Drawings. Scope of work includes but is not limited to Site Work, Selective Demolition, Paving, Chain Link Fences and Gates, Lans and Grasses, Concrete, Unit Masonry Assemblies, Misc Metals, Rough and Finish Carpentry, Building Insualtion, Metal Roof System, Fiber Cement Siding, Steel Doors and Frames, Fiberglass Doors and Frames, Overhead Coiling Doors, Aluminum Windows, Door Hardware, Glass and Glazing, Painitng, Chem Resistant Coating, Interior Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Pitless Submersible Pumps, Chemical Fees Systems, Polyethylene Tanks, Haz Material Abatement, Instrumentation, Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical. Connecticut Water Company will furnish instruments, and the control panel for the tank. Contractor is responsible for installing these items. 1. Chemical metering pumps with 4 function valves. 2. Chemical drum transfer pump. 3. Analyzers, controllers or indicators/transmitters, and chart recorder for pH, free chlorine and fluoride. 4. Analyzer waste recirculation system. 5. Pressure transducer for groundwater wells. 6. Pressure indicator/transmitter for main water line. 7. High pressure switch. 8. PLC. 9. Alarm Control Panel for Heat/Smoke/Intrusion. 10. Variable frequency drive (VFD). Addendum #1 has been issued as of 4-18-2022.
