The objective of this contract is to sample lake bottom sediments within a reasonable time frame and according to prescribed methodologies. These samples will promote the mineral potential of Quebec. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable intergovernmental agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. . The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.14 and 3.15 of the call for tenders document which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. .
