All written questions will be answered in writing and conveyed to all firms. Oral statements regarding this RFP by any persons should be considered unverified information unless confirmed in writing. To ensure a response, questions must be received in writing by 2:00 p.m. local time on the date identified in the Proposal Schedule. The term of this Agreement shall be from June 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The City Manager shall have the unilateral option, at its sole discretion, to renew this Agreement annually for no more than two additional one-year terms. Consultant shall complete the Services within the term of this Agreement, and shall meet any other established schedules and deadlines. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to select the Proposal most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to verify all information submitted in the Proposal. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from Respondents or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
