Renovation of a water / sewer project in Steelville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of June 1, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. WWTF Clarifier Replacement -Project consists of the replacement of two 30-feet diameter, peripheral feed, center take off, secondary clarifiers at the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as stated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. All Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the Bidding Documents. Bid Envelope must state "WWTF Clarifier Replacement". . Following the request, a complete digital set of the bidding documents will be emailed as "zipped" portable document format (PDF) files by contacting Archer-Elgin at 573-364-6362 or by e-mail to dcareaga@cmarcher.com. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. The entire work shall be substantially complete within: 1. 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of contract time commencement
