ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to perform boiler replacement and HVAC upgrades at DMV headquarters in Salem as specified. Furnish and install all necessary equipment and materials to provide fully operational systems as specified, described, shown, and intended herein. Work shall include all provisions recommended by manufacturers of equipment installed hereunder including miscellaneous support equipment, installation, start-up, testing, and operation. This specification represents minimum requirements and is not intended to restrict the contractor from providing additional functions, options or enhancements if contractor so desires. Specific work will include but is not limited to the following: 1. Add VFDs to the supply and return fans for Air Handlers AHU-5 and AHU-6 serving the west wing. 2. Replace the six ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit serving the second floor communication room. 3. Replace the two boilers serving the west wing air handlers AHU-05 and AHU-06 with a single condensing boiler. 4. Replace six belt driven propeller wall exhaust fans with a direct drive fan wall system. 5. Provide new heating water piping, natural gas, vent, and domestic water piping. 6. Provide electrical service to new equipment. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 9/12/2022 FINAL COMPLETION: 9/14/2022
