Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction work consisting of the following approximate quantities: 785 SYD Remove Sidewalk 1 EA Remove 46" Tree 6,300 SFT Construct 4" Concrete Sidewalk 700 SFT Construct 6" Concrete Sidewalk 50 SFT Construct 6" Concrete ADA Sidewalk Ramp 10 LFT Remove Concrete Curb & Gutter 10 LFT Construct Concrete Curb & Gutter 10 LFT Curb Ramp Opening 10 LFT ADA Ramp Detectable Surface All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal. Proposals submitted without the certified check or bidders bond will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. Work under this project is subject to the most recent current Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Determination. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
