Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All questions and answers will be available to all bidders. Questions may also be addressed at the pre-bid conference. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a 5% bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors and all bidders shall comply with the "Preference for State Laborers/Wyoming Preference Act of 1971." The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. Bid should include one mobilization to complete all work at one time. o Bid should include the installation of approximately 80 ton of 3/4" road base, which will be used to prep for a minimum of 3" asphalt mat that will be installed in a single lift. o Bid should include all surface preparation and paving of the area south of the covered grandstands, inside the black perimeter fence, from the southeast admissions gates to the edge of the concrete to the west of the concession stand and restrooms. The approximate square footage of the area for paving is 5500 square feet. o Bid should include the installation of any subbase. o Additional attachments include map of the area for paving & measurements
