However, to view documents shared during the conference you MUST be invited to attend via your email address. All questions related to this project must be received by the Engineer in writing no later than 5:00 PM, April 20, 2022. Questions received after this time may not be answered. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner. The security must be payable to Owner in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid submitted. Contractor must execute the Contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required. The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or waive formalities. Incomplete or qualified bids will not be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after scheduled bid opening.
