USNH is requesting bids for a time and materials contract for Plumbing Services under a term agreement. It is the intent of USNH to award to multiple contractors Deadline for written questions 03/31/2022 at 4:00 p.m. Response to questions by 04/06/2022 The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as Owner) representing the University of New Hampshire, Granite State College, Keene State College, and Plymouth State University is requesting bids for a time and materials contract for Plumbing Services under a term agreement. Contractors that are currently providing services to the Owner are expected to lower their current pricing in consideration of this RFP. It is the Owner's intent to award to multiple contractors and to give preferred status to contractors that offer the most competitive labor rates, mark-ups, quality, service and support. All Evaluation Criteria items listed on pages 5 will be taken in account for selection and preferred vendor status. The Owner requires Plumbing Services on a time and materials basis. Services will include multiple institutional type projects encompassing alteration, renovation, remodeling and major repairs to structures and properties. It is the Owner's intent to award to a minimum of two (2) contractors to be available on an on-call basis as services are needed.
