Sealed proposals and M/WBE Good Faith Efforts must be submitted on the blank forms provided and as specified in the bound copies of the contract documents. The outside of the envelope shall be plainly marked with the Project Name; Contract Number; the name, address and license number of the Bidder; and with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" for the proposal. PART reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to be in the best interest of PART. Installation of one grate inlet and two concrete antiseep collars.
