The project consists of the construction of approximately 400LF of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drain improvements, pavement widening, and signage and striping on Eucalyptus Drive from Theresa Avenue to 400 feet west. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish, with the Agreement, a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Agreement price and a Payment for Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Agreement price. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish, prior to issuance of a Notice of Completion, a Warrantee Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the final Agreement price. The successful Contractor shall also furnish Certificates of Insurance evidencing that all insurance coverage required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS has been so secured.
