Park Road 3 Fort Davis, Texas 79734. Construction Estimate $50,000.00 This project is to have a qualified contractor furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to Renovate Region 1 HQ Offices at Davis Mountains State Park. It is the intention of TPWD to call for finished work that is tested, and ready for operation. Any apparatus, material or work described in the IFB and related documents, and any incidental accessories necessary to make the work complete in all respects and ready for operation (even though not particularly specified) shall be furnished, delivered, and installed by the Contractor without additional expense to TPWD. Contractor shall take care not to damage any aspect of the building or its contents. All four buildings are modular construction and approximately 900 sq ft each. All work is interior, no exterior. All work to conform to current Building and Electrical Code. All have a bathroom with toilet that will need to be lifted and resecured. Remove and reuse existing trim where possible, all trim to be painted white. Paint prep included cleaning surfaces, patching imperfections, sanding priming and caulking. Construction waste cannot be disposed of in TPWD receptacles and must be removed by contractor. Materials needed and not listed below to be provided by contractor and approved by TPWD. Contractor responsible for ensuring facilities are in 100% move-in condition once work is complete. Notify TPWD of any rotten or damaged areas that require attention prior to or during job. No additional work may be performed outside of this scope of work without an approved Change Order Notice from the TPWD Contract Manager. All work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
