Work for this project includes roofing, numerous mechanical and electrical upgrades with associated architectural and structural modifications/upgrades to improve existing systems for increased air circulation, energy efficiencies and code compliance. Bonds: In addition to a 5% of the base bid, bid bond requirement, performance bond and labor and material payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of contract amount will be required at the time of contract signing.
