The proposed chemical building will house the City's standard disinfection system (sodium hypochlorite generation equipment). The building will be constructed of CMU walls on a concrete pad with a gabled roof including the corresponding plumbing, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control facilities. In addition, electrical upgrades to the John Garthe Pump Station are a part of this scope of work at this site.
