Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

The work is described as follows: o Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, concrete sidewalk ramp, and concrete driveway. o Limited replacement/upgrade of storm drainage system and minor grading. o Restoration of disturbed areas including establishment of turf. The goal of the concrete repair items is to correct tripping hazards, broken/damaged concrete and minor drainage issues. The goal of the storm drainage replacement/upgrade is to correct regular backups that have been occurring in the building downspout/gutter system on the southeast corner of the Township Hall. This work also includes minor grading to allow lawn water to freely drain away from the building over top of the proposed sidewalk ramp.
