The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") and the Veterans Land Board ("VLB") (collectively the "Board") seek a highly skilled contractor ("Contractor") to replace sections of the perimeter fencing (the "Project") at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas. The scope of work for the Project includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, superintendence, insurance, incidentals, and services necessary or required to fully complete the work for the Project. The Project location is the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 IH 37 Access Road, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78410. Work items include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Demolish, remove, and properly dispose of approximately 2,548 feet of existing mesh and barbed wire fence on the south and west sides from a point 92 feet north of the southeast corner to the southeast corner, along the southern edge, excluding the existing decorative fence on the east and west sides of the front gate, and around the west edge to the northwest corner, excluding the service gate entrance (see Exhibit F, Site Diagram); 2. provide and install approximately 2,548 feet of industrial grade, flat top, black, aluminum fencing, with square, aluminum line posts with matching caps. All newly installed posts must be set in concrete footings. All newly installed fence must seamlessly butt up against and match the existing black, decorative fence that extends approximately fifty (50) yards on the east and west sides of the front gate; 3. clean up Project site to the satisfaction of the ODR; and 4. include a three-to-five-year warranty for all newly installed fence
