** This project has been awarded to Timber Coast Construction in the amount of $15,501. ** Clarification deadline 3/28/2022 2:00 PM Weatherization of a stick built home in University Place. This project is a site-built home located in University Place, Washington. 1.1.1. The residence was built in 1957 and is in good condition. 1.1.2. The living space is 1,458 SqFt total. 1.1.3. Roof is asphalt shingle and is in good condition. 1.1.4. The home has combustion appliances. Combustion testing is required. 1.1.5. An electrical inspection is requested for the attic prior to insulating. All work needed can be done as a change order. 1.2. Installation of weatherization measures outlined in attached scope. 1.2.1. Work includes electrical measures. All work is subject to local codes and jurisdictional rules. 1.2.2. Contractor will perform all work outlined in scope. Subcontractors are allowed 1.2.3. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. 1.2.4. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. 1.2.5. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed. 1.3. Installation must meet the Department of Commerce requirements for weatherization.
