Project was Awarded to: Kinsley Construction Sitework $304,100.00 Shiloh Paving & Excavating Inc. $71,000.00 York Building Products $47,855.00 YORK MATERIALS GROUP LLC $341,894.00 MS-944: Contract No. 1 - Mill and remove approximately 3,120 sq. yds bituminous material; Perform 3,370 sq. yds. of pavement base repair; Provide and place 13,880 sq. yds. of paving fabric; Construct fourteen (14) concrete handicap ramps; Place approximately 4,500 tons of various bituminous concrete material throughout the Township. Construct 170 L.F. of 8" vertical concrete curb. MS-963: Contract No. 2 - Provide approximately 2,500 tons of various sizes of crushed aggregate Contract No. 3 - Provide approximately 4,600 tons of various bituminous Superpave materials All materials shall conform to current PennDOT specifications. MS-970: Contract No. 4 - Provide approximately 400 hours of various sizes equipment rental Clarification deadline 4/1/2022 5:00 pm A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount as specified in the Contract. Manchester Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Township.
