Request for Supplier Qualifications for General Contractors Orillia City Centre Council Chamber Renovations The City is pre-qualifying suppliers who, if successful, will be eligible to participate in a future second-stage competitive process. This process is slated to be released in April 2023, with construction set to commence June 26, 2023 and substantial completion by September 4, 2023. The successful respondent of the second-stage will act as a general contractor to oversee the upgrade of finishes, accessibility features, communications, lighting and millwork within the Chamber.
