Scope of Work provides Contractors a description of the goods/services being purchased under this RFP/RFB. This RFP/RFB, Contractual Provisions Attachment, Response, including all documents appended to the response and expressly agreed to by the parties as set out in the Award Contract, any purchase order, and Award Contract, as applicable, will hereafter be collectively referred to as the "Agreement". The College intends to contract for the replacement of the curb, gutter, concrete and asphalt in the traffic circle to the north of the Midwest Trust Center (MTC) building. The Agreement will continue until all deliverables have been satisfactorily met as specified in this Section 1 and the Agreement but shall not extend beyond October 31, 2022, unless agreed upon by both parties by written amendment. In the event funding approval is not obtained by the College, this Agreement shall become null and void effective the start date of the most recent extension. During any agreed upon extension periods, all terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
