Site work for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Mandatory Requirements: 1. Vendors must have constructed up to 5 tennis courts with references. 2. Vendors must be members of US Tennis and Track Builders Association 3. Vendors must have laser precision asphalt paving equipment. 4. Vendors must have one full time site forman with experience in tennis courts. 5. Vendor must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania THE SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING TENNIS COURTS. ITS REMOVAL FROM SITE AND DISPOSAL IN A COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEP APPROVED DUMP SITE. THE PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF NEW TENNIS COURTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEW PAVEMENT AND BASE, UNDER DRAINS AND STORM DRAIN INSTALLATION, TENNIS LINE PAINT, TENNIS NETS ANCHORS AND POLES. CLEAN UP AND SITE General Construction Package includes but is not limited to: Work includes but is not limited to; the removal of the existing artificial turf/infill and replacement of the artificial turf field. Work includes but is not limited to demolitions and artificial turf installation CONTROL IS RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR
