Site work for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
North Hills School District - Ross Elementary Field - GENERAL PACKAGE TOTAL LUMP SUM BID: for all work designated to be performed under this contract as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Bid includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing turf field and disposal of in a DEP approved dump site or recycling center. The provision of 0.5" of #9 leveling stone and laser grading of site. Installation of new Synthetic turf field and new rubber infill. Proposed Completion date is August 18, 2022. Weather shall not be considered a delay. No turf can be removed until delivery date is confirmed with school. Notice to Proceed shall be issued to contractor with Contract by North Hills School District. Include this form in total with your Direct Purchase Quote.
