The Village of Irvington is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to provide Tree Removal, Pruning and Stump Grinding as detailed herein. These services will be on a scheduled as well as an "as needed" basis Bids may be delivered or mailed to the attention of Karen Buccheri, Assistant to the Village Administrator, on or before the bid opening time and date specified. If there are any questions concerning this Bid Request, please contact Todd Smith of the Department of Public Works at (914) 591-6044 or Joe Archino, Superintendent of Recreation and Parks, at (914) 591-8217. Award of this contract shall be for a term of twelve months with the mutual option to renew for one (1) year. It is our intent to have this contract work commence June 1, 2022 and end on May 31, 2023. The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The prices quoted are to remain in effect for the full term of the contract.
