Martorelli Stadium Field Renovations - Removal of existing turf field and disposal of in a DEP approved dump site or recycling center. The provision #9 leveling stone and laser grading of site as needed to level field for installation. Installation of new Synthetic turf field and new rubber/sand infill. the scope of work shall include the removal of the existing synthetic turf system including infill and sand and its removal from site and disposal in a commonwealth of pennsylvania dep approved dump site. the provision and installation of new synthetic turf field including but not limited to new turf, new rubber infill, new sand, new inlays, layout, and grooming. no grooming machine is included in this project. clean up and site control is responsibility of contractor. The Contractor shall furnish bonds covering faithful performance of the Contract, payment of obligations arising thereunder and correction of defects in the Work. The cost of bonds shall be included in the Cost of the Work. The amount of the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent of the Cost of the Work. The amount of the Maintenance Bond shall be equal to 10 percent of the Cost of the Work. Proposed Completion date is August 18, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Contractor's measurement of work-in-place that involves established unit prices.
