Minnesota State is requesting proposals to: (1) assist in developing a project designed to upgrade exterior security cameras on campus. There are currently fifty-eight (58) exterior cameras with approximately thirty (30) that do not provide a clear image. St. Cloud Technical & Community College is moving forward with this project so all of the cameras can be controlled from any computer with software access to obtain usable images of activities around campus. It allows us to make decisions about control traffic patterns and security services during times of campus closure as well as during times like the current pandemic. (2) SCTCC prefers to hire a vendor that has at least two (2) Genetec Unified Elite Integrator certified personnel to provide this service and the personnel need to be located within a 75 mile radius of the St. Cloud Area. (3) Perform any upgrades available to the Genetec Security Center, firmware updates available to any current cameras, full system camera audit (aim/focus, quality settings, etc.), configuration backups for the media router, health monitor, mobile server and zone managers role, updates to Cloudlink firmware and software. Friday, April 1, 2022, 12:00 PM CDT Deadline for Vendors to submit clarifying questions Monday, April 11, 2022. Vendor(s) selected and notified Monday, August 15, 2022. Final Completion Date - Non-Negotiable due to funding. Minnesota State reserves the right to not award a contract. Minnesota State desires to enter into a contract with the successful Vendor(s) effective May 2, 2022 or on the date the last recognized signature is obtained, whichever occurs later. The length of such contract(s) will be four (4) months. If Minnesota State and Vendor are unable to negotiate and sign a contract by May 11, 2022, then Minnesota State reserves the right to seek an alternative Vendor(s)
