The landscape architect may be involved with projects from the initial phases, such as Feasibility, to the final phases of Construction Administration. Tasks the landscape architect may perform include, but are not limited to: 1) Project meeting coordination and attendance. 2) Coordination and collaboration with other team members and sub-consultants. 3) Development of drawings to communicate design intent and requirements for construction. 4) Preparation of Opinions of Probable Cost. 5) Coordination of the permitting process including preparation of application materials. 6) Bidding and Construction Administration services, including preparation of bid packages, responding to RFIs, review of shop drawings, construction observation, preparation of field reports, and preparation of punch lists. Deliverables the landscape architect may produce include, but are not limited to: 1) Meeting notes. 2) Project schedules. 3) Materials required for permitting. 4) Illustrative Drawings - Schematic Drawings, Design Development, Construction Drawings and As-Builts, including: demolition, protection, soil erosion and sediment control, layout, dimensions, grading and drainage, materials, furnishings, soil, planting, irrigation, lighting, site details. 5) Technical Specifications. 6) Opinions of Probable Cost. Deliverables, as specified in each RFTOP, will be prepared in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations and District standards. Each Fee Proposal response to a future RFTOP issued under the MATOC will include the position description(s) and the fully burdened hourly compensation rate associated with the particular position and a detailed staffing plan.
