Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Annual Supply of Roadway Maintenance Materials: 2B Coarse Aggregate, 3A Coarse Aggregate, 3A Modified Sub-Base, 2A Materials Sub-Base, Gabion Stone and Rip Rap A Bid Guaranty shall accompany each Proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document.. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% is required. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the question feature in portal . The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of monday, april 11, 2022. 8. All contractors must ensure that employees and applicants for the employment are not discriminated against because of their, race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or because of a person sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. 9.
