Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warner Robins, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for Aquatic Center Site Work, including but not limited to clearing, erosion control, grading, storm drainage utilities, paving and sidewalks, fencing and landscaping and all other work specified. The site work for the Project will be awarded in one contract. The Aquatic Center Building will be constructed under a separate contract. The Owner will evaluate all proposals received in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria contained in the Request for Proposals and award the contract to the Proposer who Owner deems most advantageous to the Owner Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Contract Amount indicated in the Proposal, prepared on the form of Bid Bond that is part of the Proposal Documents, duly executed by the Proposer as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570. The successful Proposer for this Contract shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, satisfactory to the Owner, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract No land acquisition is required for the project. The anticipated start date is June 1, 2022, and project has an approximate duration of 16 months. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities. CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES HOUSTON COUNTY AQUATIC CENTER WITH ASSOCIATED VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN AREAS.
