Work includes drilling and setting temporary conductor casing; drilling a borehole to an anticipated depth of approximately 260 feet below land surface; installing stainless steel shutter well screen with gravel-pack; installing PVC water well casing with formation stabilizer; installing surface seal material around the permanent well casing; well development, conducting a step-drawdown pumping test; conducting recovery test; conducting a video inspection log, disinfecting the completed test well, and securing the well head at the completion of the work. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, the small business size standard is $39.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 237110 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d.
