You are invited to submit a proposal to provide engineering consultant services (e.g., water line design, sewer line design, water plant design, wastewater plant design, value engineering, surveying, land acquisition, permitting, construction management, capital project management, etc.) for the Department of Public Utilities. Beginning July 1, 2022, the term of this contract shall be automatically extended for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each (collectively "Renewal Term") unless either party gives written notice of its intention not to renew, or the intention to modify, the agreement 90 days before expiration of the effective renewal term.
